FUSEN KIDS CLASS PROGRAM The gentle art of Gracie Jiu Jitsu teaches the use of leverage, creating an effective self defense system!
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF OUR KIDS CLASS PROGRAM? The benefits of Jiu Jitsu are so priceless. How the child student learns to deal with problems on the mat relates exactly to how the child will deal with problems off the mat- methodically, rationally & controlled! Here are just some of them: -Improvement in school by getting better grades. Students learn focus and concentration because of the attention to detail that is required to make the techniques effective against a resisting partner. -Learning to defuse bully situations. Good decision making skills are polished every day on the mat. And making those decisions under pressure teaches the student how to deal with those tough challenges that await them! -Set your child up for success by giving him or her confidence gained through problem solving and achieving goals which builds self esteem, character and perseverance!
FUSEN ACADEMY KIDS CLASS SCHEDULE

Jr Samurai's class: This kids class is for the young Jiu Jitsu practitioners from ages 4-8 years old. The students are introduced to elementary exercises that will start to develop their skills, entry level positions and submissions! Although techniques are introduced, a fun training environment is emphasized. Kids Basic Jiu Jitsu class: In the Kids Basics Jiu Jitsu class, young practitioners from ages 9-15 are taught. The student are now honing their fundamentals as basic theory and strategy of Jiu Jitsu are introduced. Discipline, focus & concentration are stressed here to strengthen their minds and their bodies.
